How do you verify each painting is an original?
Every original artwork comes with a hand-signed Certificate of Authenticity. In addition, each piece features the artist’s signature on both the front and the back of the canvas, verifying its provenance and genuine creation.

How do you prepare and protect the artwork for transit?
Packaging depends on the size and medium of the piece. Artwork is either carefully rolled in a rigid protective tube or flat-packed securely using reinforced protective materials to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.

Where do you deliver your original paintings?
We offer delivery domestically across the United Arab Emirates, throughout the GCC region, and to international collectors worldwide.

How long does delivery take?
Domestic orders within the United Arab Emirates typically arrive within a few business days, while GCC and international shipments vary based on destination and customs clearance. Tracking information is provided once your order ships.

What should I do if my painting arrives damaged?
If your artwork arrives damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. Once the damaged piece is returned, we provide a full 100% refund of both the product price and the transit shipping fees.
